Empowering victims to stand up to sexual harassment is an important part of his practice. He also assists businesses and nonprofit organizations with governance and compliance matters. Sean S. Kelly serves on the board of directors of the Federal Bar Association, Northeast Ohio Chapter. He lives in Westlake, Ohio, with his wife , Rachel, and two daughters.
